This program is a journey to a happier and vibrant you! To start any journey you need to decide on the destination. In this session we will take time to define where you would like your life journey to take you and connect to what is alive in you.
Session 2, 3, 4:
EQUIP YOURSELF WITH A PERSONALISED SELF-CARE ROUTINE
We will explore the practice of simple movements, breathing exercises and visualisations from Sophrology and the practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/tapping over a period of 30 days with one session every two weeks to give you time to practice and explore in between sessions. From your feedback, I will be able to suggest exercises to tailor your session and routine to your needs.
To support you , you will have the recordings of your sessions available, pdf of the Dynamic Relaxation exercises we have explored and some shorter recordings of guided visualisations.
You will learn how to use your body, mind, heart and soul to release tension, activate the positive, grow in awareness of yourself (mind and body) to feel calmer and more confident.
Session 5, 6, 7, 8, 9:
EXPLORE AND FREE YOURSELF FROM LIMITING BELIEFS
I hold space for you to explore and resolve the events linked to the imprint of your limiting beliefs in a light yet profound way. Equipped with the resources explored in the sessions before, you will be able to transform your main limiting beliefs, with the modality of Matrix Reimprinting, into powerful foundations to create your New vision and projects.
REVIEW THIS JOURNEY AND REFINE YOUR DESTINATION
We will be reviewing the journey experienced in this program. You will be able to review your intention and decide what you will keep and what you want to let go of with the renewed energy and way of approaching life.
