We came as a family to find a better way to connect between each other. Not only the techniques we learnt we are using it today when we are under stress but the fact that we had a space where we felt safe and we could share all kind of emotions; didn’t matter if it was from a parent or a child. Laetitia knew how to engage with all of us being all so different and being in different stages of life. The better for me is that my kids learnt that are options to look forward if at any point in life you struggle and that mental health is not a one day thing but a life choice. Forever grateful for all the good things the sessions with her brought us.

I have just had a 1-2-1 session with Laetitia focussing on a long term grieving issue. I am just amazed that she could help me become more aware of all these strong emotions that I held in for so long; lots of anger, sadness and fear. I was able to let them go and feel more at peace, finally. Laetitia, you are AMAZING and so POWERFUL! I can’t thank you enough.
